Amy S. Li, PhD, is currently the Communications Specialist postdoctoral fellow (2020-2021) at the Emory Center for Digital Scholarship (ECDS). About

Amy S. Li, PhD, is the Communications Specialist postdoctoral fellow (2020-2021) at the Emory Center for Digital Scholarship (ECDS). In May 2020 she graduated with her PhD in English from Emory University, where her primary research focus was on representations of embodiment in science fiction. She has taught several courses on science fiction literature/film and diversity.

As the ECDS Communications Specialist she manages the center’s social media platforms and oversees communications strategies for the center. She writes, edits, publishes, and designs graphics for posts on the ECDS blog. As a former digital scholarship intern and assistant at the ECDS, she has facilitated consultations with Emory faculty, students, and staff.
